Our briquettes are quick to reach cooking temperatures and long lasting for an average of 2.5-3 hrs cooking time. Briquettes offer a more consistent cooking temperature across the grilling area, giving best cooking results for both the home BBQ and professional kitchens. They also offer a prolonged burn so are excellent for smokers.
